Simply put, hydrogen water is regular mineral, spring, distilled, or tapwater that has been infused with extra hydrogen molecules from your Hydrots Bottle, turning ordinary H2O water into a health-boosting drink.

• The ORP (Oxidation-Reduction Potential) measures the ability of water to either release or accept electrons during a chemical reaction. Hydrogen water, being a potent antioxidant, has a negative ORP value, meaning it can effectively neutralize harmful free radicals in the body.
  
• The pH scale measures the acidity or alkalinity of a substance. While the pH of tap water can vary, hydrogen water typically leans towards being alkaline, offering a number of potential health benefits such as better hydration and improved metabolism.

Although you will see bubbles rise in your Hydrots Bottle, the water does not have a "fizzy" taste like carbonated water. Hydrogen water tastes light, clean, and crisp - just like premium quality water, but with added health benefits!

• The hydrogen-infusing process increases the alkalinity of water, which can help neutralize acid in your bloodstream, boost your metabolism, and improve absorption of nutrients.

While you can use tap water, for best results, we strongly recommend using mineral, spring, distilled, or bottled water with your Hydrots Bottle.

Clean your Hydrots Bottle gently with mild soap and warm water. If you're in an area with hard water, it's a good idea to occasionally descale the unit. To descale, pour 1/4 cup of distilled white vinegar over the titanium plates in the center of the base, making sure they are fully covered. Allow the vinegar to sit for at least 90 minutes, then rinse. It's best to do this descaling process once or twice a month for the best results.

Please remember not to submerge the base in water, put it in the dishwasher, or use metal brushes for cleaning.

Our Hydrots Bottle has no parts or filters that need to be replaced. The filter lasts a lifetime.

Upon receiving your Hydrots Bottle, we recommend removing the bottle from its base and giving the bottle and cap a thorough cleaning use dish soap and warm water. Rinse and dry the bottle and cap and screw the bottle back on to the base.

Charge the base using the charging cable provided.

Fill the bottle with water and activate the button on the base. Within minutes, your Hydrots Bottle will be ready for drinking!
